Mukundamala – Garland of Mukunda, is a great devotional expression of King Kulashekhara Alwar towards Lord Krishna. Just as one feels happy by offering the garland of flowers to Lord, one can feel the bliss by chanting Mukundamala shlokas which are encapsulated with love and devotion towards Lord Krishna.
King Kulashekhara Alwar was a ruler of the Chera Kingdom (present day Kerala). He is one of the 12 Alwars (12 vaishnavate poet-saints). Mukundamala Stotra in Sanskrit and Perumal Thirumozhi in Tamizh are two of his famous works.
Entire Mukundamala stotra, the text of 40 verses is taught verse by verse in this course.
