You can message the teacher directly on the portal from the message icon at the top right section of your dashboard. In addition to this, there is a 'Discussion' option present on the right hand side of every content provided in your Course curriculum. Yes. You have to be registered and have an account in order to log in and take the course.

If the course specifies that a certificate will be provided on successful completion of the course, a certificate will be provided to you.

You can join/enrol to any course in-between unless, it is a private class. The recordings of the previous classes will be available on the portal.

Yes, the recordings of the course will be available on this portal. They will be uploaded within a week's time.

If you miss a test/exam scheduled by the teacher, you will not be eligible for a Certificate. However you can request the teacher through email for another chance to attend the exam. Depending on the discretion of the teacher you may be given another date close to the scheduled date to attend the exam.

Different certificate courses have different eligibility criteria. Details can be seen in the Course detail page of the respective course.
In general, scoring 60% or above in the Course Assessment is compulsory to qualify for a certificate.

Yes, please follow the steps below.

1. Login with your user ID.
2. Click on message bubble icon at the top right corner of your Dashboard next to your name and picture.
3. From the drop down, click on 'Messages'.
4. Click on '+New ' (right hand corner) that will bring up a popup window.
5. In the popup window, choose the person type (Teacher/Admin) to whom you want to send the message to. Then, select the' Teacher name / Admin name' - and type the message you want to send.
6. Click on 'Create' and your message will be received by the particular Teacher/Admin selected by you.

We will send notifications for all the assessments with complete details to the registered Email ID.

Sorry, Assessment links cannot be provided for a particular course. They will be a part of course curriculum, or will be sent separately to the registered Email id, based on the mode of conduct of the Assessment.
