Vishnu Padadi Keshanta stotra is a beautiful composition of Adi Shankaracharya describing the beauty of Lord Vishnu from foot (paada-adi) to head (kesha-anta). These shlokas help the devotees to invoke the image of Lord Vishnu in the mind for meditation. There are 52 verses in the text.
In the initial few verses, Acharya describes the weapons of the Lord (the conch Panchajanya, the discus Sudarshana, the bow Shaarnga, the sword Nandaka and the mace Kaumodaki), and also Garuda, Adishesha, Lakshmidevi and Bhudevi. After that, he describes Lord Visnu starting from the paada.
This course covers all verses of Vishnu-Padadi-Keshanta-stotram. Each verse is chanted, and explained along with break-up of words, anvaya (prose order) and simple meaning in English. The philosophical ideas behind the verses are briefly mentioned.
