श्रीमदादिशङ्कराचार्यविरचितं साधनपञ्चकम् - साधनायाः पथप्रदर्शकम्
Upanishads say that for a person to achieve the real purpose of life, to achieve Atmanubhuti, he has to be a real atma-sadhaka and follow certain steps to achieve it. In Sadhana Panchakam, Sri Adi Shankaracharya precisely gives the stepping stones taken from Upanishads to be followed by an atma-sadhaka which counts to 40 instructions explained in 5 shlokas with 8 instructions in each shloka. For an atma-sadhaka, let him be in any stage of his life, the stotram has the answers to his questions regarding the Sadhana to be performed. Shri. Gannavaram Lalith Adithya will explain each shloka with meaning in English.
