नेतृत्वस्वरूपम् - गण-परिपुष्टये नायकत्वस्य गुणाः
This course in the field of the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) delves into the Bhagavad Gita’s wisdom for purposeful living. Titled "NETRUTVA Model for Development at the Team Level," it explores eight essential qualities for a contented and harmonious life within society, family, and organizations. These eight qualities—NOURISHING relationships, fostering EMPATHY, taking a TRANSFORMATIVE APPROACH, upholding RESPECT, striving to UNIFY people, cultivating TOLERANCE, demonstrating VERACIOUS behavior, and embracing ACCOUNTABILITY—form the essence of NETRUTVA, as examined through the lens of the Bhagavad Gita. Led by Dr. Srinidhi K Parthasarathi, author of Gita @ Workspaces, this course applies Bhagavad Gita’s leadership lessons to help leaders build strong, ethical, and motivated teams.
