These eight qualities—NOURISHING relationships, fostering EMPATHY, taking a TRANSFORMATIVE APPROACH, upholding RESPECT, striving to UNIFY people, cultivating TOLERANCE, demonstrating VERACIOUS behavior, and embracing ACCOUNTABILITY—form the essence of NETRUTVA, as examined through the lens of the Bhagavad Gita. Led by Dr. Srinidhi K Parthasarathi, author of Gita @ Workspaces, this course applies Bhagavad Gita’s leadership lessons to help leaders build strong, ethical, and motivated teams.

•    Each credit in our system is equivalent to approximately 30 hours of learner-effort comprising all learning activities. This includes the time for attending the live sessions, listening to the recorded class material, and completing the assessments prescribed for the course.
